Jared Richardson (also known as JD Rich) is available for solo concerts, parties, weddings, and events. Repertoire includes jazz standards, movie & video game themes, melodic original music, and popular songs from across different eras.

As a solo pianist in Vancouver, Jared has performed at The Sandbar Restaurant, The Sylvia Hotel, Acqua Restaurant & Bar, 2nd Floor Gastown, Café One at the Sheraton Wall Center, and many private events and weddings.

ENSEMBLE

Jared performs on piano and keyboards with bands/ensembles in many genres, including jazz, funk, fusion, pop/rock, and classical. He has performed at Guilt & Company, Tyrant Studios, Frankie’s Jazz Club, Apollo’s Restaurant, La Fabrique St. George Winery, The Rec Room Granville, Starlight Casino, St. Andrews-Wesley United Church, The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, and Hermann’s Jazz Club (Victoria).

He has performed in festivals including the Vancouver International Jazz Festival, Harmony Arts Festival and TRANSFORM Festival. In addition to his own projects JD Rich and Purple Comet Orchestra, he has played keyboards for Famous Players Band, and Jaelem Bhate’s House of Common Time.
