JD RICH
JD Rich (Jared Earl Richardson), is a composer/songwriter, producer, and keyboardist from Victoria, BC, currently based in Vancouver. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music. JD Rich writes original music and arrangements that combine influences of modern dance music, 70s/80s funk, jazz fusion, and the melodic sensibilities of movie & video game themes. His live shows range in scope from solo/duo performances to a high-energy full band with multiple vocalists and a horn section - and everything in between.
Under his full name Jared Earl Richardson, he also composes music for orchestra, film scores, big band, and other genres. Jared’s works have been performed/recorded by the Victoria Symphony, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and the Hollywood Studio Symphony.
